Is there any discount I can get?
Being a regular customer means having additional possibilities. The number of your orders is directly related to the size of your discount. You can see your discounts in your account area. Log in to check it out.

Are exceptions possible?
A placed and then cancelled order in no way can increase your discount for the following order. Thus having made an order at a 8% discount and then having it cancelled you will get your the same unchanged discount next time. It's better to make orders using one and the same e-mail address otherwise you can lose your discount!
