Return Policy

Our customer support service will make sure whether it was a postal problem or else and how it can be resolved. We if there is no chance for us to send you your initial order we will replace it with another one or send you a refund of your payment if you wish. Refund will take approximately 5-7 days depending on the bank.
Remember that the following action will be considered as a credit card fraud: disputing a charge (charge back issue) without preliminary notification of a manufacturer.
